Standing orders
Automatic recurring transfers from a wallet to a loan or savings account.
A standing order moves a fixed amount from a member’s wallet to one of their loans or savings accounts on a schedule — so repayments and savings happen without a branch visit.
| Field | Required | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet | required | Source of the money. |
| Destination type | required | Loan or savings. |
| Destination account | required | The loan or savings account to pay into. |
| Amount | required | Amount moved each time. |
| Frequency | required | Daily, weekly or monthly. |
| End date | optional | Stop date; leave empty to run until cancelled. |
Note
Standing orders run automatically each day. If a run fails — for example the wallet does not hold enough — the standing order is paused and the error is recorded on it. Fix the cause with the member, then resume it.
