Backups
Create, download and delete database backups.
The backup screen lets an administrator create an on-demand backup of the institution’s data, download existing backups and delete old ones.
- Open .
- Click Create backup and wait for it to appear in the list.
- Download it and store it somewhere safe and encrypted, away from the server.
Important
Backups contain every member’s personal and financial data. Treat a downloaded backup like cash: encrypt it, limit who holds it, and delete copies you no longer need.
