How each page is laid out

  • A Where / Who box tells you the menu path and which roles normally use the feature.
  • Numbered steps walk you through each task in the order the screen asks for it.
  • Field tables explain every field on a form, whether it is required, and what it changes.
  • Notes, tips and important boxes flag rules that are easy to miss — especially ones that affect money or the accounts.

Conventions

You seeIt means
Loans›Manage productsA menu path: open Loans in the sidebar, then Manage products.
requiredZung will not save the form without this field.
MemberA client of the institution. Some screens say client or contact; it is the same record.
BranchA business location. Users only see data for the branches they are allowed to access.
Note
Menus only show the modules your institution’s plan includes and the actions your role allows. If a menu in this manual is missing for you, ask your administrator — see Users, roles and permissions.
