Privacy Policy

This policy covers the mfidoc.com website. Data inside the Zung platform — your institution's members, loans and savings — is governed by your agreement with Zung.ai, not by this page.

What we collect when you browse

• No accounts, no tracking. Visitors don't sign in, and the site has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• Web server logs. Like any website, our server records requests — IP address, browser, page and time — for security and troubleshooting.
• Search. What you type into the docs search is sent to our server to find matching pages. We don't store it.

Third parties

• Google Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them.
• Vimeo. Client story videos are hosted on Vimeo. Nothing loads from Vimeo until you press play; the player then loads with Vimeo's do-not-track option, and Vimeo's own privacy policy applies.
• GitHub. Our server periodically reads public star counts from GitHub. No information about you is sent.
• Links to other sites (Zung, GitHub, mfimarket.com and others) are governed by those sites' own policies.

Stored on your device

If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device. See the Cookie Policy.

If you email us

We use your email and what you send only to answer you, and keep it as long as needed to support you.
