Make a deposit

  1. Open the active savings account and click Deposit.

  3. Save and give the member the printed receipt.

Make a withdrawal

  1. Verify the member’s identity.
  2. Open the account and click Withdrawal.

Bulk deposits and imports

Bulk deposits post deposits for many accounts at once — ideal for payroll check-off in salary-based SACCOs. You can also import deposits from a spreadsheet.

Correcting a transaction

  • Edit a deposit or withdrawal to fix its details.
  • Reverse it to cancel — the reversal is recorded, nothing is deleted.
