Member sign-in
Exchanges a member's login and password for a bearer token.

Member Mobile API — authenticate with a member token from POST /login.
Members sign in with the login created by staff via POST /members/{id}/login on the Banking API. The institution's plan must include the member portal. Send the returned token as Authorization: Bearer … on every other Mobile API call.
