Member onboarding with KYC

Create a member, attach ID documents, review KYC and give the member a mobile login.

GET /members/form-options — branches, groups and loan officers.
POST /members — create the member at a branch.
POST /members/{id}/kyc — upload the national ID or passport.
PUT /kyc/{kyc}/status — a reviewer approves it.
POST /members/{id}/next-of-kin and /work-details — data needed for loan appraisal.
POST /members/{id}/login — give the member access to the mobile app.

For group lending, set customer_group_id when creating the member so they join their solidarity group.
